Kayish Terms of Service Last updated: October 2026 By using the Kayish app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 1) Service description Kayish is a digital platform for real-estate auctions, bidding, watchlists, appointments, and related account/notification features. Some transactions may require additional offline steps (final contracting, bank transfer) depending on the deal and applicable rules. 2) Eligibility and account • You must be legally eligible to use real-estate auction services. • You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping OTP/credentials secure. • Account verification may be required for full access to some features. • Kayish may suspend or restrict accounts in case of abuse or misleading data. 3) Auction and bidding rules • Each auction is governed by the rules shown on its page (timing, pricing, participation conditions). • Placing a bid means you accept the rules visible at that time. • Kayish is a technical platform intermediary; final contractual obligations may be completed through separate procedures between parties or approved channels. • Auction manipulation, unlawful coordination, or automated abuse is prohibited. 4) Content and IP Kayish retains rights to the platform, brand, and design. Content you upload must be lawful and accurate, and you grant Kayish a license to use it to operate and display the service. 5) Payments and commissions Any fees, commissions, or bank transfer requests follow what is shown in the app. Submitting a transfer request does not mean instant completion and may require review. 6) Notifications By using the app you may receive push notifications related to auctions and your account. You can manage notification permissions in device settings. 7) Disclaimer The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Kayish is not liable for investment or contractual decisions made outside the platform, or for failures beyond reasonable control (network issues, third-party providers). 8) Termination You may stop using the service and delete your account from the app. Kayish may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. 9) Changes We may update these terms from time to time.
